SD does nothing to affect printing in Corel, although I have seen some issues with printing a couple of the templates. When this has happened, it has been related to older Postscript printers, the print driver and the PS complexity settings in Corel's print dialog. When the problem you described happens, there is usually another page that is printed with a postscript error message (usually a clipping error).

The work around is changing two settings on print.

Select Postscript Level 1.
Change the PS Complexity settings to around 200.
