  Hi Renae
I think it is a nice upgrade. It was a bit time comsuming when I upgraded as I had to do my corel 12, SD and my fastrip. The biggest problem I encountered was with my rip but Jasper at USSPI fixed that up. I personally like to stay somewhat current with my programs as business moves forward. Also, support is all around you when upgrade.
I really like the look and workspace layout of 12. You can file folder tab between your corel window and template window instead of the old thumbtack. Sounds simple but it's helpful.
I did somehow mess up my clipart database and I haven't taken the time to get it back on track. So there maybe a few things you need to tweak.
As a one person screen printing business I really enjoy SD. I feel totally supported by the company and have no reservations about supporting their products.
Bottom line is that you have to do whats comfortable for you. I waited until I knew I had a day or two buffer (all my art for current jobs done and printed) before switching my programs around. Also, I suggest changing things on a Monday!LOL!
You can email me at jbuhlis@sbcglobal.net if you'd like.
Make it a great one!
Jaye
