Depending on the size of your shop and amount of money you are willing to spend, you may want to take a look at NetSuite. It is an "all in one" CRM/ERP internet based application. We have been using it for a little over a year and have been successful with it. One thing I must warn you about though is if you decide to go with it, follow the advice of your implementation team. In the beginning we thought we could adapt NetSuite to fit our current business model and the way we do things in general and it came back to bite us. We are OK now but we ended up going back and implementing almost every piece of advice our team gave us in order to get it working right. | |
