I agree with that statement, when you call them you actually get the programmer on the phone. He does respond and will walk you through the program and explain as he goes. I purchased and used another program (spent $1400) and used it for 2+ years, the speed of screen changes seemed to take hours (only 10-15 seconds) The fast manager program is quick, quick, quick between screens, adding inventory and catalogs is simple with the 'wizards' that are used. My customers enjoy the fact that they get invoices before I finish the job because the task doesn't involve waiting. I would recommend the program to anyone. I referred another screen printer to the program who to say the least is computer illiterate. He is enjoying the program and taking full advantage of tech support. GREAT PROGRAM - if you looked at the program in the beginning you need to look again, believe me the screens and the process are much, much more smoother now - I don't mind quoting and billing now.
