Bob, Well I guess I am pleased with it. It is nice to easily create a quote then once accepted turn it into a work order with corresponding purchase orders and then finally onto an invoice. Quite a clean & tidy system. Once you are familiar with each page and layout/process then it is quite easy and fast to work with. As I have no knowledge of other such systems I cannot compare but so far I am pleased I purchased FM and it has made a difference in my shop. I look fwd to the day when an update to FM is released, it has a few bugs & quirks I would like to see fixed....however it is quite useable in it's present form. I would suggest trying the demo and giving it a good work out...then decide to go with it or not. What system do you have in place now? Dave ____________________ David | |
