I got fast rip when it first came out. The support page does not recognize the serial number. That version ran on xp service pack 1 and used nt drivers for the dongle. When I tried to install it their are tons of problems especially with dongle install. The last time I call support they said to install software and call back. Well that last attempt blue screen my system and took me several hours just get xp to boot again. not too happy at this point. I'd think there is a update but does not seem to have that option on support page. My manual says version 1 The reason I have issue is old computer died no longer have a old version of xp just have service pack 2 version on new computer. Any help with this please. | ||
