I've replaced my r1800 with another new r1800. I have the bulk bag system and it works pretty good. 1. Do you need ink in the other cartridges to print black positives? My last two did not seem to but I heard otherwise, lots of head cleaning. 2. When I go back to the Epson original black cartridge the print is as if some dilution of ink. Could this be it's still using a mix of all the color cartridges? 3. Either way the black is not as black as the first r1800. Could my bulk bag cartridge be worn? As time has gone on (from 2 previous r1800's) the suction is not a good as day one.I keep adjusting the height of the bag. Print head is clean and prints perfect on paper. Thanks. | ||
