Hi all, new to this board. I'm a computer tech for a fellow who has purchased an R2400 and fastrip; he asked me to set it up and we ran into a problem. The R2400 is connected to firewire, and when I open fastrip and attempt to select the firewire port, it isn't available in the list of ports. The docs that came with it show the right one (something 1394, the system port name), but it doesn't appear in the list of ports to select. Has anyone run into this before? The system is Windows XP Pro x64, and should be quite capable hardware-wise. The dongle appears to have installed properly as well. Thanks in advance | ||
