I purchased mine this time last year, put nearly 400 sheets and two bulk bags of ink through it with only two problems. 1. Cleaning lady broke the security dongle off the computer with the vacum, got it replaced no problem. 2. For some reason the fastrip default paper sizes got reset so I had to reconfigure the paper size to A3.Jumbo or something. No problems since. I love it over my old GCC Lazer printer using Xanti film. The olny other thing that buggs me is if you do to much head cleaning, you have to replace the non fastink cartriges because I dont know how to reset the chips. For me, it was a great investment.
