| Aloha, Are you using Photshop? If so migrate over to the channels layer, then use the magic wand, turn off Anti-Alais, Tolerance to 10, Contiguous Off and select the first color and then in the channels option box select creat new spot channel.Name each color and make sure the color is converted to black(so it prints black). Do this for each color then hide the remaining RGB or CYMK colors then print. Look over the design make sure there are no gaps if there is, reselect that color then in the select windows box, go to modify, expand , 1 pixel and reassign the spot color. That should do it. Make sure all colors are black before printing though. Good Luck. | ||
