Quote from ZooCity: "So you like the Color Change for on press? With photopoly stencils or d-c?" I do like Color Change. I am using two emulsions in my shop right now and it works fine with both. I use Kiwo Poly-Col One Coat: <http://www.kiwo.com/Product%20pages/SBQ%20Emulsions.html#onecoat> And Ulano QTX: <http://www.ulano.com/emulsn/presensitized.htm#qtx> When I want to do a color change on press I put a scrap of fabric over the palette (overspray of the color change eats the palette tac), after I have carded off the old color I spray some color change on a paper towel, lightly rub it into the underside of the screen, lower the screen and squirt a bit onto the sqeegee side of the screen and with the first paper towel I rub the color change into the ink film, then with a wet (soaking with water) paper towl I go over the underside of the screen and then over the squeegee side. Then I use a dry paper towel to soak up the moisture. Air dry for a couple minutes and then new ink and I am printing again. I don't leave the chemical on the screen for a long time and I don't rub hard when getting the color change to break down the ink and have not had a problem with either emulsion breaking down after multiple color changes on my libraried screens. The only thing I don't like is when I do lots of color changes I can go through quite a few paper towels so if anybody has a suggestion on how to avoid that let me know!
