| I am a little puzzled as to why you would limit your inquiry as to 12 heads or more other than perhaps the need of individual head supports and how they well they endure the test of time. Other than that 6 heads or 14 heads, the overal perfomance of each respected brand should be the focus. Let me start out by saying that M&R is a good company and they produce a good product and have good support. Having said that, I would like to point out that I did extensive research and comparision on several major brands when I made my choice. This research also included several field trips to working shops that included M&R and Anatol. When the smoke cleared, I found myself with 2 contenders. M&R and Anatol. I knew that I could not go wrong with either, but I also knew that I had to be as frugal because I wanted to borrow the least amount of money as possible. It was a huge step for me. What it boiled down to was performance bang for the buck. Dollar for Dollar, gadget to gadget, Anatol blew M&R out of the water. I have not regretted it for one second. My next choice would be another Anatol, hands down. I would highly recommend that you call Dave at Spreading Ink. I spoke to him last week, very sharp guy who happens to run a 14 head Anatol and jumbo print press that Anatol built for him which can also pose as a regular production press if needed. | |
