Thanks for all the input.

I believe the "no Greeneway for single pot" hypothesis fits. I recently switched from a dual-cure diazo to the single pot emulsion. I also recently started cutting my Greeneway with water.

I wasn't aware of 100% photopolymer emulsion's vulnerability to water and I missed that caveat about greeneway on-press for dual-cure only.

I'll try the fixes you all recommended and see what works.

How much weaker are pure photo emulsions compared to dual cure? I'm now considering upping my lamp wattage (d.i.y. 400w halide currently) and going back to dual cure as I do many color changes on library screens and I kinda feel like the dual-cure built up a better stencil. I just don't enjoy the 24 minute exposure time...
