| Sorry, Roger you are correct about what you say, but we only flash at most 3 sec. and we do print wet on wet when ever possible. This is an auto printer no way could you flash between ever color, we couldn't afford the flashes. I've been printing for 10+ years manually and 5+ years on the automatic, I do know how to print and flash correctly, the plattens just want hold up the way I believe they should. On long runs yes the pallets get hot, don't know anyway to avoid that unless you cut down on production, which we have done from time to time to let the pallets cool. I've never had a customer call me because of poor work, we continue to have repeat business because we put out the one of the best products in the area. | ||
