I have talked to Franmar about their products in depth, and I also present them and use them in the classes (along with Ulano, KIWO, Eaisyway and others).

If you look at the "fine print" with Franmar you will find that they suggest using Beanedo and Greenway as an on press wash with Diazo Dual Cure emulsions to help slow down and prevent screen breakdown.

Here is the trick Beanedo and Greenway are ink-degraders and ink-degraders will help and often start breaking down screens, then to make it worse when you add water the water starts to accelerate the breaking down of the screens.

All ink degraders will do this - there in almost every chemical line an "on press wash" that hopefully will not break down the screen or lock it in....

With single part pre mixed emulsions this becomes an issue because they are locked in and or broken down faster and with milder chemicals than a diazo dual cure.

Franmar has an "on press wash" called Color Change, I suggest that you try it and stop using the greenway as an "on press" with the emulsion you are using.

Don't bother to dry the screens after ink clean up with water (Water = screen breakdown) go directly to stencil remover...

For stubborn stains or problems apply the deHase let it sit while the screen is horizontal (hours if needed) and then pressure wash...
