I recently encountered a mysterious screen-clogging situation. I'm fairly sure it stems from my reclaim process.

My reclaim goes:
1.De-ink with Franmar Greeneway
2.Rinse and dry/partial dry
3.Strip with Westar EZ-strip
4.Scrub and blast with low-psi press. washer
5.If needed dehaze with Franmar D-Haze liquid
6.Rinse
7.Degrease with Simple Green
8.Rinse and dry in hot air cabinet

Since I started using the D-Haze My screens end up with these crystal clear clogs that seem to only bridge the mesh squares. The look like little, clear, pixellated clogs in various spots on the screen.

Franmar sent me some of the D-Haze gel version to remove the spots. I deduced that the reclaim process had softened up the glue on my aluminum frames and some d-haze must have broke a little adhesive free and it got redeposited.

I'm not so sure now, as screens where I don't use the d-haze are getting this problem too.

I use a one-pot photopolymer emulsion and I re-expose after exposure to fully cross-link.

Nothing gets used on-press but watered-down Greeneway.

What do you all think?
