I would suggest you replace the pallets when your finances allow. While it may be true that the pallets warped prior to the welding you will not be able to straighten them out and keep them straight. If in fact the aluminum pallets were the right material to start out with now that they have been welded you have basically released any stresses in the pallet that kept it straight.Don't waste any more time chasing a fix. Start saving for new pallets.
