If they are M&R pallets you can send them back to us for straightening. The material the pallets are made from is very important. To maintain flatness the aluminum should be tooling plate grade t6061 which has a memory and proper tensile strength to handle the heat as well as the pressure applied through a squeegee. If the aluminum is a lessor grade don't bother straightening out as the will quickly revert back to being bowed.
