I don't know what grade of aluminum your pallets are made of but in my experience most of the damage to pallets occurs when the pallets are not on the machine. Pallet storage is crucial. Time and time again I see pallets stacked on top of each other or in a pile under the conveyor or leaning against an object where they can get knocked over and no one gives it a second thought, until it's too late. Ok, I'll stop preaching! Most machine shops have a surface plate. Find one that has someone that knows how to work the material to bring it back to level. It can be done. It may be expensive, but it can be done. If you opt to replace them, or have someone fabricate new ones, try to get TOOL PLATE ALUMINUM. It is much harder and far more rigid. TAS uses TOOL PLATE as standard issue, but even they can warp with mishandling and abuse. Best Regards, W.
