First for Rich, they are solid aluminum not honeycomb.

Ray, it is an automatic machine and the pallets(rectangular) are warping side to side. The mounting bracket is in the middle of the pallet and it falls off to both .sides. The screens are tight, I do not stretch my own so I don't have a tension meter to give you exact number. The ones I do use, I have restretched often through our supplier. And from talking to a tech a couple of years ago he made the comment about how little pressure I work with because of the designs not printing throught the shirts on to the pallets. I know now I'm printing with more pressure now, because of the warping, so that designs print all the way out to the edges or to get a good print on the left chest. My thought is the heat from the flash and possible inferior aluminum not with standing the heat of repeated flashing.

Hope this gives you enough to help me out. I had a couple of large designs this week that I struggled with, getting the design to print out to the edges without it wanting to bleed out in the middle.
