First off, the nylon bolts are simply used as bushings. Millions of products worldwide and many of the products you use everyday use nylon bushings, even the automatic transmission in your vehicle. You and Lance both make it sound as if these nylon bolts wear in just a few hundred cycles and require adjustment. The fact is, properly lubricated, one will achieve several thousand, if not tens of thousands of cycles without any adjustment necessary. | |
