Have you tried "explaining" to him via art charges? If you charge him for all the time it takes you, at your regular art charge, it may make a little more sense to him! I have a graphic designer that does the same thing. She designs in Illustrator, colors NOTHING in PMS colors, and has outlines lapping all over the place, and then when I have to bring it into Corel Draw and get it ready for my screenprinter, I end up pulling my hair out! Even worse is when I have to use her artwork and convert it to something that is cuttable in vinyl for banners!!! When I finally got her in here to show her what I had to do to her artwork to be able to use it to cut vinyl for her banners, she changed the way she did it.
