Hmm. Well, I haven't played with those settings since 98SE, just left them default. Of course, the default 30% becomes a mute point once you overcome the 512 meg mark ( max addressable ram in win98 ). Good info Diane. So, is the entire thing a placebo? I have no way to check. V10 doesn't seem to make a difference when on XP, now that I went and fooled around with it, but I'm not working atm. I should do something constructive tonight..
