It's probably paper size you have selected in the printer driver that is causing the problem. Few things to consider to fix it. In Photoshop when you select File/Page Setup from the menubar (top of the screen) do you have a page size selected that matches your physical paper in the printer? If so that is a good start! ![]() Next thing is to make sure that your photoshop document is not bigger than the PRINTABLE AREA. What this means is even if you have 11 x 17 paper AND you have selected 11 x 17 as your paper size in your printer driver through photoshop that if your file size is 11 x 17 that unless your printer can print borderless (and the driver is selected to do that) then the margin of 1/4 inch or so all around in your PS document is considered by the driver as outside the printable area. Now you might only have a little dot of art on the page but the driver doesn't care about that as it only looks at the document size not what's going to be printed. How to fix this is make your document smaller to accomodate the printers margins or make a custom page size in your driver where you manually remove the margins and address the non printable area with margins you make in PS or use the borderless pagesize if your printer/driver has that capability. Hope that helps! ____________________ Riley Hopkins 8/4 WorkHorse Point 1K Exposure Unit WorkHorse Primus 18x20 Flash WorkHorse Compact Conveyer Dryer Dual 500 Mac G4, 1.5GB RAM, OS X 10.3.9, 1TB storage | |
