  If yes, save selection on a transparent layer and print from PS.
Be advised, there will be a fringe around your selection if you print a white underbase with this process.
If you want to send to Signlab, save selection on transparent layer.
Do not flatten.
Open PSD file in Signlab and use the UNDERBASE WIZARD to shrink the underbase to avoid the fringe around your selection.
