Just a thought is that the fuzer tempurature is gradually getting lower. There should be a menu option for "thick paper" that will raise the temp to maximum. We use a 600 for backup and have to run several sheets through it before running any good prnts. Tech support told me to run the thick paper option all the time regardless. Rx | |
