Since the ScreenWriter3 was replaced by the ScreenWriter4 more than 5 years ago, you may need to replace the drum. Beware. There are several other cartridges for IBM and Apple printers that don't necessarily have the best toner for stopping UV energy like the SW3. The consumables department at Xante is (800) 540-7091.
