Yeah. You'll be told it is the fuser. Forget tech support. This problem has been going on for over 10 years that I am aware of. I fought Xante on this forever, and finally gave up. They have two kinds of toner cartridges. New and refurbished. Were you told that? Probably not. The refurbished cartridges cost less and the toner is NOT the same. Get them to divulge that, and you may actually make some headway. They have a 'conservation' setting also. Doesn't help much, but they certainly will tell you it does. Move on.
