Xante has settings for toner conservation. Check those. If you contact Xante support, they won't know what to tell you. I had this same problem. Their figures on what it costs to produce an image are dead wrong. You'll hear everthing under the sun on why, especially from all the newer untrained techs. My $5,000 machine is laying at the bottom of a waste dump after less than 3,000 prints. I personally took it to Xante in Mobile 3 times with no help for any of my problems, but I got a nice bill. I changed to an inkjet setup with Epson, and things are great. Saved money. Saved my shop. ____________________ Dale Hensarling | ||
