  You will always have some distortion using a laser printer-based printing system. Especially Xante. Process prints will suffer because of it.

Move to a cold print. Epson ink jet wide format 1280 or higher. Get Accublack film from Photobrasive and try it. Less than Myriad by half. You can get a printer at Office Max for under $1000. Make sure to monitor angles on halftones, and you will get dead-on prints.

But, if you stay with Myriad, get it straight from Xante in Mobile, AL.
