Heres the scoop sooz...HP sent me to a company called Laser Pros. They have repair kits, fusers, about everything. And they have the Xante's listed. Now for the better part. The repair which includes the fuser was only $109. Xante wants $150 just to look at printer plus shipping charges and they said they probably don't have the parts but if they could that does not cover any parts. Wouldn't you think Xante would be interested in referring people to a place like this when the printer is out of service anyway. Sure would create great customer relations. Realize they want to sell new printers and they keep trying. But customer service sells product. | ||
