| I had the same situation. Because I have a service contract with them, I was able to call and they talked me through it. Even if you don't have a contract, pay for the call and get your problem solved. I'm sure you're using something to enhance the toner after printing the films. Make sure your chemicals are fresh and your toner cartridge isn't too old. I think you have a year to sign up for the contract. Good luck. | ||
