Chris, I am having the exact same problem and came here to see if I could find the answer. I did take an example to a local copy machine repair place ( that has done a lousy job before on this machine ) and he thought it was not getting enough ink across the velum. He suggested to hit the feed button. We have not tried yet...so when I call him back and get instruction on exactly what to do, i will let you know. | ||
