Your printer has to know where the paper is coming from. on the printer itself there is a button(mine is a 4800, is it the same?) that changes from cut sheets to roll paper to roll cutting sheets. Your printer also wants the file from the computer to have the same settings. If you set your paper size, you also need to select if it is roll or cut sheets on the computer. As far as getting blank film in the first place I don't really know where you are getting the extra film. Before or after the image? I think this also might have to do with the paper settings too. | |
