| I had an epson 3000...not in front of me now, but I know exactly what you're talking about. If I remember right, and without being about the see the buttons, I remember that you need delete the job in the que and then hold in the reset button for 5 seconds. It might not work the first time, so if it continues after trying this, do it again. I also know that I was an administrator on my computer and if a "user" had this problem, only I, the administrator, could reset the computer. Not sure what your situtation is. | ||
