I bought a used 4800 that had been sitting unused for a few months. After numerous power cleanings (with the Epson cleaning cartridges), the Windex trick and every other tip I could find on cleaning this puppy, I have one test block that only has a few "pixels" that print. It's beyond my ability, so time to call in a pro. I live in Georgia and there is only one "authorized" Epson Service center (about 2 hours drive away). Problem is all I can find is negative feedback on this particular company. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions on good, reputable service provider? Thanks for the feedback. | ||
