I am in desperate need of a really good Tajima Technician in the LA area. I have a broken thread change motor and the entire mount for it, and I need it fixed ASAP! Hirsch is not calling back and every time I try to call them to set up the appointment they are chargeing me $40.00 and I am about to loose it. I'm a noob at embroidery but have been in the biz for over 10 years. I have always screen printed and all my friends do to. I never had the opertunity to do embroidery until now and when I got the machine it was broken. Now I have an angry VP that wants it up and running by the new year.
