| We have a Generations machine which is the "non-commercial" version of the Prodgi. Service from Midwest is non-existant. we even offered to haul the machine from Colorado to their facility to get help. it took over a year to identify our main problem--we were using a plastic bobbin rather than the paper one they sell. | ||
