I bought a Prodigi machine from Midwest last August. Talked to them at a show. They were very responsive and answered all my questions also - UNTIL I WROTE THE CHECK! The machine wasn't delivered when they said it would be. I didn't get all the supplies and equipment that was suppose to come. They kept telling me it was backordered! - for 6 months?????? They sent out someone to train me - that doesn't own a Prodigi, and doesn't have embroidery machines with a monitor and told me the IDS software was a waste. Made my day. When I'd call Midwest, they would just say, "Someone dropped the ball on this". But I think I was told that at least 6 different times. I could go on and on. Email if you need to know more. My 2 cents, you are probably better off buying from someone closer to you, even if it means spending a little extra money. Bet they didn't give you my name as a reference, huh? ostrich | ||
