I am not entirely sure what they are called... but I am seeking the plastic covers that go over hoops when embroidering panels... They are white plastic covers that you can cut a hole into, they stabilize the hoop and give you surface tension. I used them at a shop I was at awhile ago, and am need of them now, I just do not know what they are called... can anyone help??!!
