Hello Rick, Have you gotten any replies to your? I too have been looking at this machine and have been wondering if it's a good deal down the road. Their seems to be some resentment form the older players on the block. Not sure if this is because the machine is bad or they have been taken market share. I have been speaking with Midwest and they seem very responsive to every thing I have asked as well as there references. For me it’s a long way to MO. from MA for a tech. to visit.
