| Right, thats why you stand behind your products so much that no one can contact you unless its via email. There is no phone number or name associated with your company. You aren't even registered as a legitimate company in your state. You made it hard to resolve this and thankfully Paypal stood behind me and agreed. I am not technically challenged, I had a technician do it anyway, and it was his diagnosis, not mine. You should at least have a way to talk to a real person - not hide behind a homepage and be anonymous. | ||
