we will respond to this email. the part was sold to this individual. we do test our parts before shipping the 3.5" floppy was in perfect working order as our technician test it before sending it to our customers. the flat ribbon cable which is a Dual Inline IDC connector is a standard 34 pin that interfaces from the FDD to the main board. there is also a 4 pin power coonector which is Single in line and we explained directions in how to solder the wire and link it together obviously their technical skills were poor and could not acomplish the procedure nor the installation. hope this emails clears things up FCS | |
