Thanks to anyone who replied regarding my Melco EMC floppy drive issues. It was resolved but now I am having trouble with an outfit that advertises on this list for replacement parts for many embroidery machines. They won't take back a defective drive that I paid alot for and coudn't use, and they are refusing to give me a refund. Has anyone bought parts from them before and had an problems? I had a technician finally install one that works, and now they won't do anything for me. I wish it worked, because it cost me alot more in the long run. I had hoped they were reputable as I found their ads on this board. Any ideas what I should do now besides file a claim with Paypal? Thanks again! | ||
