Good to know...thanks Will take this info with us when we talk to the rep about a new unit....I don't understand...since Im basically the plastiol man and my partner is the embroiderer.. embroidery equip is a much higher buy in than most of the printing equip.. but if you have a problem with any priniting equip..even a 2 or $3000 item. The MFG is on it..heck I've even been surprised when a rep showed up to help and didn't even ask for one. They just told him I had called in and had a problem. You try to get help on the embroidery equip...if its bad...just plan on being down until they feel like calling... I would suggest that if any of them would attempt a great customer service dept..they might grab the major share of the industry. We cringe, try everything we know, do all we can to avoid calling. But damned if they don't like to get the checks...ha I must say it makes shopping harder too. You hate to give a company money that appears to not give a *67%435)97^5$$$ about you. | ||
