Hi, I have my machine in getting some work done and nobody including Brother and Japan know what is causing my problem. It only does this on the largest hoop and on approximately inch sized letters (Arial font style). Now I have created three words that in that size and style both from my digitizing program and using their built in font which is the closest. What happens is that is does the underlay and then when it comes into the satin stitch is starts at about 1/3 of what it should be and goes up about 5mm and then goes to the normal stitch width. Now the problem is it doesn't do it all the time and it will only do on the following letters - H, A, I, L K, T, N, M P, basically anything that is straight. The tech has had it for four weeks now and I am turning away jobs because I only have that machine. I have heard that it has happened to another person's PR-600, but I am waiting to hear how their machine has been fixed. The tech is frustrated, because he has put in a new board and motor and it is still doing it. Does anyone here have any ideas that I can pass along to help get it fixed faster??????? I am losing patience and will be contacting Brother on Monday. Thanks Kelly | ||
