I meant to imply he would never serve his 79yrs, not even close really, I believe he was given roughly 15 yrs per death all to run concurrent, which meant he could be out in less than 15. I did not condone the beating and felt the DOC is at shame here for allowing something to happen that was so obviously going to happen. A week later and the truth is coming out, the beater was a direct relation and their is gang ties, he was sentenced for a short term of burglary and must have had compelling reasons to ruin his life to beat him to death in front of cameras and guards. | ||
