Killing five people and being convicted of manslaughter because you made a deal is justice? He intentionally killed them, he crashed his car into them with his friends admittingthat was his intention at 1oo miles an hour. Then after the accident the car exploded, all were still alive in the car but him and his friends ran away as the neighbors listened to five people scream in agony as they died. He was charged with murder but plead down to manslaughter, the 79yrs is a joke today, people walk out of jail in 7 years on 25 yr sentences. It may not be justice in the laws eyes but for 5 families it is justice for them. Oh yea ofcourse that beat him to death will be charged with murder, his intent was no less than the deceased, but you can bet they will not offer him manslaughter. It just goes to show murder is not just murder, it is how you perform it that decides what your punishment will be. | ||
