Tho I have to admit shame on the DOC, this was a very high profile case, lots of gang relations and a definite safety issue for the killer, yet they put him in general population and he was beaten to death almost immediately. Maybe it was intentional? This person took the life of five, destroyed others, now many more life's are taken or ruined. Can anyone see the vicious cycle here? | ||
