I think your issue isn't racism, but the disparity of wealth in america. The bad news is, you can't blame a company for making money, that's what they are supposed to do. Actually, many companies donate huge amounts of product or cash to charity every year. Big business helps everyone in this country by providing jobs, and investing in the community. I did not grow up rich or priveleged. My first job was for $3.40 an hour, My last hourly job was $15 an hour, and now I'm doing far better. I have advanced because I tried to learn as much as possible about the job I had, and expand upon it as much as I could. I worked hard to get where I am, and enjoyed the challenge of tackling new technologies. As an employer, I have found most employees happy to stay at the position hired, with no desire to advance.
